Arctic Clad Insulation Attic
Aristocrat Arctic Clad installed aluminum insulation in the attics of our 16 unit Strata Complex in June, 2016. The contractors were here when they promised, they completed work sooner than expected and, in the three units I inspected all work seemed to my inexperienced eye to be neatly done. Residents’ comments included, “the installers were very professional, courteous, and efficient.” We are pleased about the way they worked.” and, we would definitely recommend them to our friends. “Two residents said they hadn’t paid much attention, but all of the others either reported it was “definitely cooler,” “noticed a drop in temperature,” “the upstairs…. is much cooler” or for those who measured, a drop from 30C to 24C upstairs, 27C to 23C downstairs and from 29C to 20C upstairs. In our unit the upstairs which used to be uncomfortable hot now stays at around 20C all day.
